Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and oversee the sales team, setting clear targets and motivating them to achieve sales goals.
- Customer Service: Attend to customers, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience by understanding their needs and offering personalized assistance.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the store’s ethnic clothing collection and trends to guide customers effectively.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategies to boost in-store and online sales, focusing on customer engagement, product promotion, and seasonal campaigns.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and efficient customer handling.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure popular items are always in stock and new products are introduced as per customer demand.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing regular reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in ethnic clothing or fashion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of ethnic fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
